Connect Google Calendar and Meet
Mirror confirmed bookings to Google Calendar and create Meet links for virtual services.
What you will achieve
Eligible bookings appear in the connected calendar and virtual appointments can receive a meeting link.
Before you start
- A Google account whose calendar you manage
- Permission to manage integrations
- Virtual services marked correctly
Follow these steps

Open Integrations and select Google Calendar & Meet.
- 2
Follow Google sign-in and grant the requested calendar access.
- 3
After returning to Slotsgrid, enable Calendar sync and Meet creation as needed.
- 4
Create a test booking and confirm the event appears in the intended Google Calendar.
- 5
Disconnect the integration if the account changes or access should end.
Good to know
Only Google is currently available; other displayed providers may be marked coming soon.
Meet links are created for services configured as virtual.
Integration failures should not cancel a successful Slotsgrid booking.
