Before you start

Follow these steps

In Store settings, choose Date & time first when customers mainly book an open slot, or Service first when duration controls availability.

Choose One at a time when the whole business shares one schedule.

Choose Per service when different services can happen together or have separate capacity.
- 4
Set each service capacity to 1 for one-to-one appointments or higher for classes.

Make test bookings for overlapping services before publishing the flow.
Good to know
Changing the model affects which future slots customers see, not old booking records.
Service first is usually clearer when services have different durations.
Use capacity carefully so you do not accept more people than staff or space allows.
