Tell Slotsgrid when customers may book and when your business is unavailable.
What you will achieve
Customers only see times when your store can actually serve them.
Before you start
- Normal opening and closing times
- Lunch or other daily breaks
- Known holidays, closures or fully booked dates
Follow these steps

Open Availability and enable each day your business operates.
- 2
Set the opening and closing time for each enabled day.
- 3
Add separate time ranges when you close and reopen during the same day.
- 4
Use Blocked dates for holidays, private events or days you cannot accept bookings.
- 5
Check the public page on a future date to confirm the available slots.
Good to know
A service needs enough open time for its full duration.
Existing confirmed bookings also remove overlapping slots.
Update blocked dates as soon as your plans change.
