Withdraw earnings to mobile money or bank

- An available, reconciled balance
- The correct account holder and number
- Access to the verification code sent to you
Follow these steps

Open Withdrawals and read Available to withdraw, not the larger gross revenue figure.

Review the balance breakdown for bookings, gift cards, fees and earlier withdrawals.

Select Request withdrawal, choose a method and enter the account details carefully.
- 4
Enter the one-time verification code when requested.
- 5
Track pending, approved, paid or failed status in withdrawal history.
Good to know
Pending and approved payouts are already removed from the available balance.
Do not share a withdrawal verification code with anyone.
Check account numbers twice; a wrong mobile-money number may belong to another person.
