Set up customer payment methods
Choose how customers pay, including Airtel Money, TNM Mpamba, bank transfer and card where available.
What you will achieve
Checkout only offers payment methods your store is ready to receive.
Before you start
- The account name and number for each method
- The store currency
- A way to verify payment-provider account details
Follow these steps

Open Store settings and find Payment methods.
- 2
Add each method you want customers to use and enter its correct account details.
- 3
Keep only methods that support your store currency and are ready to receive money.
- 4
Save, then make a small test booking and inspect checkout.
- 5
Remove or disable outdated account details immediately.
Good to know
Airtel Money and TNM Mpamba require valid Malawi phone numbers.
Card availability depends on the configured provider and currency.
Never place private API keys or PINs in customer-facing account fields.
