Sell and manage gift cards
Enable gift cards, understand redemption, download vouchers and void a code when necessary.
What you will achieve
Customers can buy a voucher and the recipient can use its code during checkout.
Before you start
- Gift cards enabled in Store settings
- At least one working payment method
- An active public booking page
Follow these steps
- 1
Turn on Gift cards in Store settings and review the displayed platform fee.

Open your public gift-card page and test the purchase flow.

Use Gift cards in the dashboard to search sold vouchers and inspect their status.

The recipient enters the voucher code at booking checkout; each voucher is consumed according to the displayed rules.

Void a voucher only when it must no longer be accepted, and keep a record of why.
Good to know
The gift-card sale and later booking are separate records.
Treat voucher codes like cash and avoid posting them publicly.
Confirm a code and recipient before resending a voucher.
