Get ready for your first booking
A simple checklist that takes your store from new account to a working booking page.
What you will achieve
Customers can open your page, choose a real service and time, and complete a booking.
Before you start
- Your business name and phone number
- At least one service and its price
- The hours when you accept customers
Follow these steps

Open Store settings and check your business name, public URL, currency and timezone.

Open Services and add at least one active service with a price and duration.
- 3
Open Availability and add working hours for every day you operate.
- 4
Choose whether customers must pay while booking and add the payment methods you accept.
- 5
Open your public page from Store settings and make one test booking before sharing it.
Good to know
Use a short public URL that is easy to say on the phone.
Start with your most popular services; you can add the rest later.
A test booking should appear in Bookings immediately.
